Terms of Sale
Last updated: September 25, 2026
These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase made on this website between Wellendy LLC, Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, Wyoming, Canada (the “Seller”, “we”) and you, the customer (“you”). Contact: [email protected]. You accept these Terms by ticking the dedicated box before payment. Please keep a copy; they are also referenced in your order confirmation email.
1. Products
We sell digital health systems: online coaching programs installed in your free account, each including an assessment and score, a personalised 30-day plan, task tracking, check-ins, the AI coach (an automated feature that generates wellness guidance from your systems, profile and check-ins) and downloadable resources such as guides, workbooks and trackers. No physical product is shipped. Each system page describes its contents and price.
A purchase gives you lifetime access to the system in your account, for personal use. Coach message allowances renew monthly while your account is active. We may improve or change the systems and the coach over time without reducing their core features.
Free trial
Each account can try one system free for 7 days, without payment details. At the end of the trial nothing is charged: the system is locked until you buy it, and your plan and progress are kept. One trial per person; we may refuse trials created to abuse this offer.
Our systems and the AI coach are educational and do not replace advice from a qualified health professional. See our Health Disclaimer.
2. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable sales taxes (GST, HST, PST or QST depending on your province, or the applicable tax in your country) are calculated and shown before you pay, based on your billing address. If you pay from outside Canada, the payment page may show an approximate price in your local currency; your bank may apply its own conversion fees. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. We may change prices at any time for future orders.
3. Ordering
- Add one or more systems to your cart and go to checkout;
- Enter your email address and name;
- Accept these Terms of Sale and confirm your request for immediate access to the digital content;
- On the secure payment step, review your order, the total price in CAD and the taxes, correct any error, and confirm payment;
- Once payment is accepted, the contract is formed and your system is unlocked in your account immediately.
We keep a record of your order and of your acceptance of these Terms. You can request a copy at any time.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full when you order, by credit or debit card or any other method offered on the payment page (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link). Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Some payments may require additional authentication by your bank (for example, 3-D Secure).
5. Delivery
Delivery is immediate: the system unlocks in your account right after payment, download buttons for its resources appear on the confirmation page, and a private link to your order page is emailed to you. Each resource can be downloaded up to 10 times. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
6. Licence and personal use
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the PDF for your own private use. You may not share, resell, lend, upload, publish or distribute the file, in whole or in part. The author keeps all copyright. See our Terms of Use.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Because systems are digital content available immediately, all sales are final once the download is made available, except in the cases described in our Refund Policy: a defective or unreadable file, a system that does not match its description, a duplicate purchase, or access never received. Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom expressly request immediate access and acknowledge the loss of their 14-day right of withdrawal before paying.
8. Legal guarantees
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province, territory or country, including Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act for Quebec residents. If a file is defective or does not match its description, we will replace it or refund you.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect damages, or for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Personal information
We use your information to process your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Complaints and governing law
Please contact us first at [email protected]; we answer within 2 business days. These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your place of residence, and you may bring a claim before the courts competent under those laws.
